With a clear understanding of your vision and budget goals, our design team begins creating the concept drawings for your home addition.  Using detailed 3D computer modelling we produce the existing floor plan, demolition plan, develop proposed floor plan, elevations and a 3D external view to help you visualise your future home.

During this stage, we work closely with you to refine layouts, finishes and materials while preparing a detailed specification and project estimate.  Providing assurance your design aligns with both your lifestyle goals and your budget before moving forward.

With the concept design finalised, we prepare and manage the documentation required for Planning Approval through your local council.  This process may involve collaboration with surveyors, arborists or other consultants depending on your project requirements.  Our team manages the entire approval process while keeping you informed every step of the way.

Following Planning Approval, we move into detailed working drawings and technical documentation.  In some cases, this work can be completed in parallel with the Planning Application for more straightforward projects.

Our team collaborates with engineers, energy assessors, framing designers, suppliers and trades to prepare the complete construction package required for Building Rules Approval and Development Approval.

By resolving structural and technical details upfront, we ensure that your Building Agreement is based on accurate and detailed information eliminating assumptions and unnecessary surprises.

Working alongside our Interior Design Consultant and trusted suppliers, you will select colours, materials, joinery details, sanitary ware, appliances, and finishes that reflect your style and enhance functionality.  Working closely with our suppliers you will receive advice directly from the experts in their field.

Our guided selections process helps to create a cohesive and timeless result while making the experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Once approvals and selections are complete, construction begins.

Business Owner Ray Gauci carefully oversees on-site works while our project management team coordinates trades, materials, and scheduling to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The final stage is one of celebration!
